President Martin Smyth
President Martin opened the meeting by welcoming the guest and visitors and thanking the members for their attendance. He reminded the Committee Chairs on an update on committee activities and objectives.
He then asked the board and floor to present or raise points of common interest.
Jean Charles Le Coz
Announced his being away for a few weeks.
PP Mercia Inkiriwang
Informed that a tennis tournament shall be held on 16-20 May 2010. Venues will be the Westin and the Nusa Dua Beach Hotel.
Bruce Jellard
Informed that two Rotary Golf Tournaments will be held this year. The additional tournament will be presented by Nikko Hotel Bali and will be played at Bali Golf & Country Club on 6 June 2010.
GUEST SPEAKER PRESENTATION
Guest speaker of the day was Jeanne Webb presenting the RED Book of Bali a value packed discount book containing useful information when visiting or living in Bali. The book shall be launched in April in cooperation with Bali International School (BIS) with all net proceeds going to BIS and other partners. RCBND is being invited to become one of the partners. The book will contain some 400 quality vouchers that offer- when used- discounts far exceeding the price of the book.

Raffle
Raffle tickets for IDR 540.000 were sold. PP Edward Naus won a drum sponsored by PP Eddy Fitzgerald. Past winners owing prizes, especially those having won at the New Year Launching Party, are reminded not to forget to make their contributions at the forthcoming meetings.
Fines
Fines of IDR 200.000,- were collected for all and sundry offences.
