ANNOUNCEMENT, REPORTS
President Martin Smyth
President Martin Smyth opened the meeting by welcoming the visitors and thanking the members for their attendance.
President martin informed that there are still tickets available for the “Rotaract Charity dinner” on Friday 05.02 as from 06.30 p.m. at Peninsula Beach Resort. Due to this event to which he encourages each member to support, there will be no lunch on Thursday 04.02. Attendance to the Roataract dinner will be a “Make-up”.
He then asked the board and floor to present or raise points of common interest.

Provided an update on guest speakers:
11 February: No speaker due to Board meeting
18 February: He encouraged members to volunteer as guest speaker otherwise the speaker to be “volunteered” by him.

Raffle:
Raffle tickets for IDR 320.000 were sold. A Drum presented by Eddie Fitzgerald was won by Jo Rosarius who will bring a prize for next week. Past winners owing prizes, especially those having won at the New Year Launching Party, are reminded not to forget to make their contributions at the forthcoming meetings.
Fines:
Fines totalling IDR 60.000 were collected by Edward Naus, who once again volunteered to substitute as Sergeant at Arms.
