ANNOUNCEMENTS, REPORTS
Prior to the meeting the President Elect Bruce Jellard congratulated Jean Phillippe Petit, Keith Bell, Dave Lance and Jeff Anderson on the Paul Harris Fellowship award and presented them with their pins and certificates.
Then President Martin Smyth opened the meeting by welcoming the guest and thanking the members for their attendance.
He then asked the board and floor to present or raise points of common interest.
Mercia Inkiriwang
Informed that the Fun Walk is postponed to 30 May, 2010. She also confirmed that she will present the Future Vision Pilot on 1 April, when our meetings are again held in the usual venue (issue of size of the screen).
Edward Naus
Having received an email from Mr. Henk Pleijzier, President of Rotary Club, Zwartewater Steden, Holland, informed that Rotary International finally acknowledged receipt of the US$15.000, – from RC Zwartewater for the Matching Grant with our club.
GUEST SPEAKER PRESENTATION
With RC Bali Nusa Dua having already sent US$15.000,- as well, the full amount including US$15.000,- from RC Zwartewater to Rotary International for the Cleft Palate program may be expected soon.
Further President Henk from Holland also confirmed that an additional donation of US$2.000, – will be transferred soon to our account.

Tickets for IDR 340.000 were being sold. PP W. Nieman won a fine the prize brought by past winner Priti Kapur. Past winners owing prizes are invited not to further delay their contributions.
Fines
Fines of IDR 100.000,- were collected for all and sundry offences.
