President Bruce Jellard
President Bruce Jellard opened the meeting, welcoming the visitors and thanking the members for their attendance. He informed that the net proceeds obtained from the BHA/Nikko Hotel ‘Bali is my Life’ Charity Golf tournament held on 12 June amounted to IDR 30.000.000,-.
He then asked the board and floor to present or raise points of common interest.

Reminded everybody not having paid the dues for RY 2010/11 to do so.
He asked PP Mercia Inkiriwang to provide further details regarding her financial summary of the 19th Annual Rotary Bali Charity Tennis Tournament, especially on vouchers donated and sold.

The Bali Clean up Day will be held on 20 September with Nunie Kneip being one of main organizers. The organizers will be shortly meeting with DG Al Purwa to get his support and endorsement for the event.

Thanked Priti Kapur for her excellent work as relief secretary. The semi-annual report forms had been received and will be filled and submitted shortly. The club also received the Report of Action of the 2010 Council of Legislation of RI and the Official Directory of RI.
GUEST SPEAKER PRESENTATION
Neil Hempsey and Cilian Budarlaigh explained that Indo Yacht Support is a shore based motor yacht support organisation associated with Yacht Aid Global the latter being is a charitable organization utilizing the luxury yacht fleet to help communities in need.
Together with Bali Moon and other sponsors the Super Yacht RDV Closing Party and Awards Ceremony shall be held on 7 August in Denpasar. The proceeds of the charity event to which about 300 attendees are being expected shall be used to aid underprivileged children.
