ANNOUNCEMENTS, REPORTS
President Bruce Jellard
President Bruce Jellard opened the meeting welcoming the visitors and guests and thanked the members present for their attendance.
He announced there were over 130 competing in thr forthcoming Golf tournament and that 17 of the 18 holes were sponsored. Rtn. Carlos had generously sponsored the Club house. In addition to the plethora of auction items Hello Bali has donated 60 bottles of Two Island wine which will be sold at IDR 300.000,- ofr 2 bottles, to raise additional funds.
He then asked the board and floor to present or raise points of common interest.
Jean Charles
Requested assistance on behalf of the BHA to channel funds raised by them to the right person/ organization in Merapi for victims of the Volcanic eruption.
Gary Phair
Informed members that Surf Aid International was providing 80% of aid to vicims of he Tsunammi.
PP Ed Naus
Announced that the Raffle prize for today was a huge dutch cheese donated by Risto Poskiparta.
Roger and Keith
Entertained members with a couple of okes.
Monty Brown
Hopes to have an update on Dunlop sponsorship for our tennis tournament soon.
Peter Burchett
Greeted members warmly He is glad to be back in Bali.

Is back for 2 weeks, and will then attend meetings next year!!
PP Bruce Jellard
Announced that Rotary International Presidend Ray Klinginsmith and his wife will be on a personal visit to Bali 22 to 25 Nov.
Tickets to the Golf dinner for non-golfers are available at IDR 250.000,- .
Brian Barter
Who has been in Bali for 3 months gave an interesting talk on what he has been working on. Along with other stakeholders he is working on bring banking via the cell phone (mobile banking) to remote areas of Bali where there are not traditional banking facilities. Mark Savage
