ANNOUNCEMENTS, REPORTS
President Bruce Jellard
President Bruce Jellard opened the meeting welcoming the visitors and guests and thanking the members present for their attendance.
On behalf of RCBND Nunie Kneip, PP Mercia Inkiriwang and he attended the dinner given by DG Al Purwa in honor of visiting RI President Ray Klingingsmith. The diner was
well attended, especially RC Bali Taman and Seminyak were well represented.
He announced that the golf tournament has raised approx. USD 32.000,- so far.
Keith Bell
The annual SKAL ball to be held at the Nikko on 11 December has been fully sold out. As the sponsors have been generous fantastic prices are to be won or are up for auction.
Jean Charles Le-Coz
He reported on Merapi desaster relief efforts organized by BHA.
Priti Kapur
She announced that the Tennis tournament would be held 8 to 15 May 2011. A facebook page has been set up and be accessed under:

The Nusa Dua Hotel has also offered tennis courts.
The organizing committee is looking for cash sponsors now.

With reference to the Tennis organizing committee looking for cash sponsors he proposed to liase with the the SKAL ball organizers.
President Bruce Jellard
He encouraged all members to step forward as sponsors for “goody bags” for this year’s Orphans Christmas party at the Grand Hyatt.
PP Jo Rosarius
He informed that 5 Cleft lip operations had been performed since our last meeting.

He thanked Priti Kapur for having stepped in as Club Secretary during the last two weeks.

Tickets for IDR 350.000,- were sold. PP Mercia Inkiriwang won a box with incense. Past winners owing prizes are reminded not to forget to make their contributions at the forthcoming meetings.
