ANNOUNCEMENTS, REPORTS
President Bruce Jellard
President Bruce Jellard welcomed the members and visitor.

The Tennis Tournament is underway at the Nikko, Nusa Dua Beach Hotel and the Westin.

He on behalf of the club had been served a subpoena threatening legal action by RC Bali Benoa for allegedly using a protected logo in connection with The Tennis Tournament. The club has sought legal advice to counter these accusations.
The whole matter appears intended to jeopardize the orderly holding of The Tennis Tournament.

The President then asked the floor to present or raise points of common interest.

Dave Lance
The Community Service committee had been in session before the luncheon. The club is considering a pilot waste management project for the Suwangan area in cooperation with ROLE. The project is liked in principal but the the club must be able to fund it. The budgets had been reviewed but still require further fine tuning.
