ANNOUNCEMENTS, REPORTS
President Dave Lance
President Dave welcomed the members, visiting Rotarians and guests. President Dave informed all Rotarians that he will leave for U.S.A. for annual holiday the coming three weeks.
Dave informed the club regarding the R.O.L.E Foundation project and that Rotarian Risto and Karl Heinz will coordinate further regarding the possible purchase of a suitable truck.
President Dave reminded everyone that all future new possible projects, big or small should first of all be presented to the appropriate Service Chair i.e. Community Chair, Rtn. Karl-Heinz, International Chair, PP Mimi or Vocational Chair, Rtn. Martin.
He asked the floor to present or raise points of common interest.
PP Jo Rosarius
Reported that four children were operated on for cleft palate and harelip during last week. Furthermore, the boy with front-head abscess was operated on for the second time because of complications and now all seems to be all right so far.
PP Edward Naus
Up-date regarding the Cintanak Foundation. The breakdown of all allocated funds will be offered soon to the Club.
PP Bruce Jellard
Announced that meetings were held a very big charity Pro-AM golf tournament in Sept/October 2012 organized by Bali Golf & Country Club, Nirwana together with RC Bali Nusa Dua and the new RC Bali Cangu clubs.
Karl-Heinz Schmelzer
Expressed that he was very happy to be back after a holiday break in Europe and that he was looking forward to chair the Community Service Committee.
Ari Murti
Expressed her disappointment that Rtn H. Harianto forgot to inform all participants at the Annual Rotary District 3400 Conference regarding our H.I.V Project, so well taken care of by Rtn. Ari.
PP W. Nieman
Gave a Big Thank You and appreciation towards Rtns Gary Phair, Keith Bell, Jo Rosarius amongst for providing him transportation the last several weeks due to his injury.
Also mentioned that the website meeting archive is nearly complete next week will start on posting the events and service committee information. Hopefully will be caught up in about a month or two.

Gary will coordinate with Rtn. Eni and Rotaract regarding “New Generations” and will soon start to set-up a program.
INDUCTION OF NEW MEMBER

Although Gary needed notes (a first) to give his version of his life, it was nonetheless an interesting and captivating speech. Thanks Gary
Raffle
Tickets for IDR 460.000,- were sold. The prize was a nice set of ceramics from Jengella Keramik won by PP Bruce Jellard. Past winners owing prizes are reminded not to forget to make their contributions at the forthcoming meetings.
Fines
Fines of IDR 60.000,– were collected for all and sundry offences.
Good News
Rtns reporting ‘Good News’ contributed and IDR 280.000,–. (Now that is good news…)
