President Dave Lance welcomed members and guests.

Rtn. Henk RC Ape, The Netherlands introduced himself and comes by finding RCBND’s informative website.

Rtn. Wolfe, who visited us last week happy to be back again!
PP Jo Rosarius
PP Jo Rosarius reported 3 more cleft lip operations had been performed since the last meeting. Aletter has been received, raising the price of Cleft lip operations to 5 million each, Jo will now negotiate for a discount. Dr Reno will assist him in drafting a letter to the Hospital director.
Ed advised he has 2 children from Cintanak to refer for Cleft lip operations.
Mifta has had a third operation and has been discharged, and hope for about 10 days. The invoice for which has not yet been received.
PP Jo also requested those who have not paid their dues to do so asap.

District Dues Rp. 240,000,-
RI Dues US$ 70,-
RF Contribution US$ 100,- (optional)
President Dave urged all members to make the voluntary $100.00 contribution
PP Martin Smyth
Sergeant at Arms, Martin Smyth reminded all members that non payment of dues is now a cumulative ‘fineable’ offence!
Gary Phair
Gary Phair has invited a couple of our Rotaract members to join us for the September 22nd meeting. September is New Generations month and Gary aims for the session with the Rotaract to be interactive. He will also be assisting them with their financial statements.
PP Risto Poskiparta
PP Risto reported that he is currently looking for a suitable truck for the Sawangan Waste recycling project. He hopes to have the truck identified in the next few days and obtain quotes on fixing it up.
Monty Brown
Monty Brown will be here for another week, before he relocates to Hawaii. He asked members to stay in touch, saying he has enjoyed their friendship and camaraderie in his years in Bali.
JP Petit
JP promised to try and make it to meetings on a regular basis!
PP Mercia Inkiriwang
PP Mimi advised she has raffle tickets for sale for TRI Conference 02-04 December, at IDR 250.000,- each
Susan Stein
Susan has a box of donated clothes and toys for 2-3 year olds. Anyone who knows where they can be dropped off should contact her.
Priti Kapur
Priti asked members to let her know of make ups for missed meetings in August, within the next 2 days.
PP Bruce Jellard
PP Bruce asked members to expect a letter from him asking for donations for the upcoming RCBND Charity Golf Tournament.
President Dave Lance
President Dave reminded PP Edward Naus that monthly reports were required for funds released for the Cintanak project.

Raffle
Tickets for IDR 420.000,- were sold. The prize a box of golf balls and golf gloves was won by Gary Phair. Past winners owing prizes are reminded not to forget to make their contributions at the forthcoming meetings.
Gary is requested to bring a raffle prize to lunch on September 15, 2011.
Fines
Fines of IDR 10.000,- were collected for all and sundry offences.
