VP Risto advised that in line with Rotary International policy our club will hold a Club Assembly on 5 April 2012 during our normal luncheon. The only differences will be that there will be no guests for that lunch meeting and Rotarians should allow an extra 30 minutes with the meeting scheduled to conclude at 2.30PM. The Assembly will address:
- Plans for the 2012/2013 Rotary Year.
- A review of club activities, fund raising etc.

VP Risto then sent the microphone around the table for any updates, news and interesting asides.

Ari advised that reports that she had been bestowed with an Honorary Doctorate were somewhat premature and not entirely accurate. Ari brought along another two cartons of powdered milk from Lactona for infants aged between 2 to 4 years. Ari will assess the results of this program to ascertain if it should be continued.

The project is located in Catur, in the Kintamani Region and the main mission is the provide training in trades for these kids so that they can develop interesting and rewarding careers in spite of their disability.
For further details please refer to: Lumina Balifor further details.
In questions from the floor it was mentioned that some hotels in the Nusa Dua region were collecting all their food scraps to provide a nutritious and free diet for the pig farms of another charity. Vikki thought this might be a way for our club to assist.
